- SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure that all surfaces are clean, dry and sound.
Moisture content in wood must be below 14%.
Sand wood with fine grit sandpaper (P220).
Dust off with mutton cloth.
Fill holes and other blemishes with Versus Wood filler. Allow 12 hours to dry.
Sand surface to a smooth finish.
Please note: All wood knots are to be clean with thinners and seal with an appropriate knot sealer.
Allow 2 Hours to dry.
Apply 1 coat Versus Universal Undercoat (VUC)
- FINISHING COATS
Apply Finishing Coats: 2 coats Versus Versathane (VVT), Versus Matt Enamel (VME), Versus Gloss Enamel (VGE)
