Clear Resin Based Bonding Liquid.

USES: |
- For use as a clear alkali resistant sealer on gypsum plaster, cement plater and porous, friable concrete surfaces.
- May also be used as a sealer for Masonite hardboard.

PRODUCT INFORMATION: |
- Type: Urethane.
- Drying Time: Surface dry 2 Hours at
- Hard dry 8 Hours at 25°ͨ.
- Colors: Clear
- Solids: ± 30%.
- Specific Gravity: 0.80-0.82
- Spreading Rate: 11-12m²/l (typical) depending on surface porosity and type.
- Viscosity 15-18 Sec F4 @ 25°ͨ.
- Clean Up: Mineral turps.

APPLICATION DETAILS: |
- Ready for use with roller or brush. Application by brush ensures penetration.
|
SURFACE PREPARATION: |
- New Surfaces all surfaces must be clean and dry. Moisture content of new plaster must be less than 12%
- Previously Painted Surfaces must be brushed down and any loose flaking paint must be removed.

STORAGE: |
- Keep containers properly sealed.
- Store away from direct heat, sun and severe cold.

PACKAGING: |
- 5 litres and 20 litres
|
PRECAUTIONS: |
- Do not apply on metal surfaces.
- Do not paint in wet or cold weather. (Minimum 5ºC.)
- Should be over coated within 48 hours to ensure adequate adhesion of the subsequent coats.
