|Thinning:||Thinning not recommended. For conventional spray
applications thin with 5 to 10% Etch Primer thinner
|Drying Time:||Touch dry 1 hour at 23°ͨ
(Recoating times will be extended during cool, wet or humid conditions)
|Cleaning of equipment:||After use, remove as much product as possible, and then clean immediately with Etch Primer Thinner|
|Substrates:||Well prepared Galvanized iron and non-ferrous metals Ensure surfaces are pre-cleaned.|
|Coats Required:||Apply one to two coats Versus Galvanized Iron Primer depending on the severity of the conditions.|
|Top Coat:||Over- coat primer with two coats of selected Versus decorative top coat.|
|Precautions:||Do not apply during cold (below 10°ͨ) or wet weather.
Not suitable for direct application to powdery or friable
surfaces whether previously painted or not.
Do not apply over rusty unprepared metal surfaces.
Quick drying- avoid application to very tot surfaces.
Not designed to withstand prolonged natural weathering.
It should be over coated with conventional coatings within
18-24 hours, particularly in marine atmosphere.
